Been told that he could be on his way home and is in discussion with the club as we speak. He has not seeked a trade but feeling him out but i doubt he will leave.

It is highly unlikely that Thornton will be at the club next year so one would think they are making a play for Polak.

Bret Meet with Grant and Sticks on Sunday and nothing has changed. Denis spoke to him over the phone aswell but was not told anymore.

I find this hard to believe. First year player - is contracted therefore for another year - was pumped to get a few games at years end and overcame his initial homesickness well.
