One of Mike Sheahan's articles today mentions that Peter German is having an interview with an unnamed club today.

Has coached Subiaco to 72 wins from 88 games, along with two of the last three WAFL premierships and is a former North player; very highly regarded by fomer Carlton assistant Ken Judge

That'd be right. French gives up and then German comes walzing in and takes over.

Even though he does not work for us I blame Brittain for letting Polak fall while German makes his way across the continent.

According to the local channel 10 news, German is being interviewed by Freo who are keen on hiring him and expanding their coaching panel.

He would be an awesome get if he is genuinely committed. An unbelievable football brain, totally proffessional in his preperation, admired by all sections of the club (even those as war with each other). Lots of other clubs have tried to get him and failed. This would complete an outstanding assistant coaching line-up.

Has there been any official confirmation???

I believe that I picked that Fevolution was an immature doofus with no knowledge of footy when he wanted Zantuck in the PSD along with Pickett, and whoever else was mentioned. I believed [sic] that I picked this a long time ago.

Well done common sense!
