Electro shock to the aggots for every wrong decision should do the trick pretty quickly.
That's exactly what Pagan has been at training ... an electric shock machine. Pulling players up if they do not rigidly follow a predetermined rule, no matter the options available.
BV is right, this needs to change. Team rules are fine, but players need to be encouraged to take risks and look for good options.
One thing I want to see change is that when we have possession in the backline, players up field actually run instead of saunter or stand still. I also want to see proper shepherds instead of a vague wave of the arms.
And when we have possession at the kick-in, I want to see players making position for the 2nd possession (e.g. running into space outside 50) as the 1st possession is being delivered.
And yes, like all of us, I want to see the mid-field rotated, and all of them get rest time, and share the load among the 22 players.
