You'd probably have to delete this thread first.

They just talked about the poll on the Today show.

It went for a couple of minutes, they suspecteed that Blues faans were the cause of Carlton being on top of the results.

It did result in some vision of Carlton kicking goals etc being brought up on the TV.

Good for sponsors.

They only mentioned 3 or 4 teams results, Collingwood of course  must keep Eddie happy.

We could land a sponsorship deal from the HUN as a result of this - they'll think there's many Carlton supporters that read their paper than they first thought!!! :-D

DELETE this thread - destroy the evidence!!!!!

Actually, reading some of the non-moronic comments on the poll (You have to exclude the delusional Cats/Melbourne/Richmond supporters), there are a lot of non-Carlton people who seem to think that we're going to be cherry ripe in 2-4 years time, which will be about when WCE/Sydney/etc time will be waning.

So it's not just all us! Just most of it.

I read a thread somewhere maybe on Big Footy where other supporters are far more optimistic than us. There was talk of our midfield being first rate in years to come.

its funny when other clubs are more optimistic than us, it shows that we have been down for quite some time.

The fact that the draft make success cyclical, barring uncovering a superstar with a late pick ,means we do have reason to think the singing syrup will be flowing in Sep 08 ( hope), Sep 09 (yeah baby for sure) and on
