ta mate!

Basic ground rules for Sunday's match - The rules will be full AFL rules as released by the AFL for Season 2006. All players need to be aware that under these guidelines the umpires are empowered to order from the ground any player they feel may be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner.

Being a social match though, hopefully everyone will just enjoy the game and the umps won't have any need to!!

Tyrant and the Thing are definitely in, fighting adn ready at 2.30. Tyrant's mate is going to be in sydney anyway.

On the line-up... my BIL (The Thing) has been training for this day for weeks. He's taken up boxing training to get fit..... he's a pretty good player.... I would happily give-up my spot in the back pocket for him to come in my place.. (he's also only a shade shorter than me so could play tall and would out-muscle most players)

Actually, there should be a full complement of Tyrant's family watching on!

So your ruckman mate is out?

You and me both.

Can't wait to see what they have to throw at us. Should be a ripper encounter.

yeah..... but he was never really in..... he said he'd consider playing if he builds himself up (ie practices hard) if we play another one later in the year... but he's definitely not in for this game..... (and happily won't be in town on sunday anyway)

Guys,

Sorry about the late notice - but I'm going to have to be a late withdrawal for Sunday. Am in the midst of writing up my Honours thesis and was really hoping it was going to be submitted yesterday (its due Monday), however as thats not the case I'm not going to be able to make it tomorrow.

Get out there, give it your all and stick it us those BB tossers! Was really fired up and looking forward to putting some faces to names from here. Hope there is another opportunity soon!

Sorry again and good luck!

To all those playing tomorrow please remember to do two things...

1. Bring $2 to help pay the ump that BB has supplied us with. He's a VAFA ump so he knows his shit.

2. Turn your clocks forward an hour tonight as Daylight Savings begins tonight. Please don't forget this!

Good luck today boys!

PS: was thinking about the next game, how does December 10th sound? Maybe against the Collingwood boys or SS?

You probably won't get anything for a while. Most of them are at the bar drinking, so even when they get home tonight, they'll be too drunk too tell.

Blues won by 5 or 6 goals or more even.

It was a good clash with everyone playing well. Big Danny G BOG again.
BNZ finished with a bag of goals.
