He got about 6 or 7 games to show that the team has improved.

Jumping over hurdles...

going over old ground...

head down, bum up...

been around the block...

meding bridges...

all in the one press release.

Is there nothing this man is incapable of doing?

I wish he was gone too John but we've got the nest best thing though now. He is powerless and things will get better next year. I think we'll finish between 9-13th next year even with the old fool at the helm. The worst is behind us.

Game,

I'm curious as to who you think will finish below us to rate us finishing between 9th - 13th?? Maybe Brisbane and North but who else do you think??
We will have done well to finish 14th I reckon.
We have a shit coach, a shit president, a shit board and a shit CEO. Until that changes we're going no where.
Fancy inviting a gangster to train at the club where the majority of the list is up made of promising good young kids. What are these guys thinking!!?!?

I don't know I'm drunk but I'm sure we'll do better. I'm positive.

It may seem like we are miles behind and we are but it can turn around quickly. We'll be inconsistent but we'll get a few wins here and there. I can't really name sides because look at Melbourne who we beat twice and they won a final against StKilda who smashed us. :?

Hopefully the new coaching panel will reduce these ridiculous performances as we are not that bad.

Players are currently enjoying training and the new structure.(New Assistants,P.E. guy etc.)

Lot to look forward to!

Your boy finished the year on fire, his athleticism is just a level above most others. I think he's going to have a good year.

I agree DOA i think the boys will be enjoying the preseason training more with Ratts / Bradly and prob Corisisca... new people 2 Ex Blue highly respected players who they would know of as strongy associated with Blues Success and sure they will also be enthuisastic....

Just with Braddles and Ratts there should be some positives in the training i am sure.

Chubbyruss, I think you're being tough on Pagan.

I recall Parkin only having one strategic move,

Silvagni from Full Back to Full Forward.

     :P

Such positive thoughts and opinions from some people on "Talking Carlton" and were only in November!!!!!! Give the guy a chance He has now built up a nucleas of players that have played 30-50 AFL games. The list he had when he took over as coach was by far one of the poorest in AFL history, I think the job Pagan has done considering our poor list plus the draft penalties has been more than resonable. Some people really need to realistic because no other coach would have done a better job considering the basket case we were when he took over.

Fully agree mate, I'm backing Pagan 100% - hopefully the players will too... and last time I checked there's enough humble pie for all the detractors/negative people here. Of course, I could be wrong - but I didn't say that he would perform, just that I'm backing him which he's the coach.

Then again, if he did do well and prove so many people wrong - there would always be another reason as to why it happened...
