In todays age in the Pssst section of the sports section:
Andrew Demetriou travels well - very well. Pssst hears the AFL boss left his travelling mate, players association chief Brendon Gale, in his wake as he journeyed to Ireland in first class. Everyone else on the tour flew business class.

Demetriou was also seen venturing to the penthouse of the teams Dublin hotel, Berkeley Court.

No mention on whether he was allowed to take his gerbels as carry on-luggage. :shock:
