Interesting that French says there are no egos at Carlton. Sounds like we have a very modest playing group.

thought it was a good article, and gives me a good impression of Cain. He looks fit and ready to go as well... once you see someone in Carlton gear its hard not to like them!

I would suggest that goes with the turf with winning back to back spoons.
Barnaby is a good man.
Hoepfully Cain is on a mission.

Well done to Barny for talking the club up. Interesting that Ackland never had any ruck training while at StKilda. Maybe there is huge scope for improvement in that area?

Ok so the club has gone through a bad patch in the last 4 years.

But in Ackland's position there can only be an upside:

3 year deal

all but guaranteed first dibs on ruck

full knowledge that the list has potential

Saturday's draft coming up too add to the list

We only needed to add at least 4 prepared players with resonable ability to what we finished with and there's much scope for improvement.

Add Ackland, bring back a fit and firing Kennedy and Murphy, and hopefully Hartlett and there is scope.

Good luck to him.

(and sure I sat on the fence with him coming across, I just wasn't sure, but certainly am prepared to give him is dues and time to show his stuff)

HUH................?

You complain about my simple, passing comment with no agenda with some passing comments of your own?

Have you moved up to the harder drugs tommi or is it just not your day? Let it go.
