Heard the guys on SEN saying they would be interviewing Bryce Gibbs this morning, but I had to leave for work.

Was he on…did anyone catch it?

announced that it will be tomorrow (thurs) as Carlton contacted them and said Bryce couldn't make it today (Wed)

heard a bit of it:

- he's got no girlfriend (Billy: not yet...)
- he's looking forward to setting his roots down in Melb (Billy: stifled chuckle)
- he would have been happy to stay in Adelaide but is just rapt to be playing AFL footy
- he barracked for North - Carey his favourite player
- very happy that his mate Austin has been drafted by us
- living with Shane O for 6 -12 months
- goal is to play Round 1 - club have said they have no expectations

Sounds like a good kid.

I recorded part of the interview on mp3, I was intending to stream it online but it was so nondescript and boring that I won't bother.

womack has covered the most important/interesting parts.

The only thing I noticed was he actually said "I am a Kangaroos supporter" :lol:

Little slip of the tongue there.
