I think Denis wanted a good look at Setanta's form. Remember - everyone who gets a game this year should have the form to warrant it.

It's a real credit to Setanta that his form has warranted selection.

I'm looking forward to seeing Setanta graze the lush green grass of the half forward line of the MCG.

After all there's a lot at steak this weekend, let's hope he can milk it for all it's worth.

I didnt know it but expected it to be the case (fisher on the LTI list) - AFAIK, putting a player on the LTI doesnt actually have any downside - so any player that is injured for long term (particularly at the start of the season) would automatically be on the list. It shouldnt be necessary for the club to publicise it as putting a player on the LTI list if he is already injured. I think they only notify through papers etc if the injury occurs after the season has started.

Thats the sticking point. Its not as if its a selection based on emotion or to promote the match. He actually has the form to warrant selection. I know we cant expect too much from him but @#$%&! it, I am greedy. I want to hear the Carlos chant outdo the Eddie chant and drown out the noise made by those Bichmond bandwagonners.
