I noticed that Kouta is a veteran - inside list. What does that mean as compared to veteran - outside list and why is he inside list?

veteran outside list only has half of their salary included in the cap. The fact that he is inside list means that we have spare salary cap space.

Remember, a club has to pay a minimum of (i think) 97.5% of the cap.

Has that gone up BC because I thought it was 92.5% of the cap?

Does the inside list mean that all of his salary is not included in the cap or is it all included in the cap:?:

Half either way. Just means we have gone from 39 senior players to 38 and one less rookie.

So we are basically saying we are happy to be at a disadvantage from other clubs that have 39 or 40 players on their senior list, plus an additional 1,2 or 3 Rookies? So much for spending more on our football department.
