Problem is do you want the mods of TC to be liable? Until he is named publicly then it should be off-limits here.

Couldn't agree more Blue Bird .....

Definitely off limits especially if legal action is to follow as stated in the Age

It is still skating close to the line to post that link.

Until charges are laid, if at all, please refrain from the urge to continue with this .

I'll be discussing with the other mods about whether to leave this alone or not.

Teague should have been home on Sat night lamenting his poor performance against Robertson who absolutely embarrassed him!! People on this website should be more concerned why he was out at 3.30am - pathetic!!

Oh lay off Teague. Tell the midfield to play a little closer and the backmen won't need to decide whether to cover their man or one of the loose midfielders roaming where they please.

Mrs Caz, I think better to be safe and delete the posts in question.

If it's not against team rules to be out late then Teague should be allowed to have a life. The only problem I see with players going out late at night is that stuff like this happens, there are plenty of morons who like to bignote themselves by getting into scuffles with AFL players.

I hope so Mrs Caz.

Just think our guys need to be a little smarter and not leave themselves exposed to the appearance of not caring. After 3 bad losses I think it was the wrong move for him to be out that late.

If they didn't have an early morning session the next morning that required him to be home early then honestly he's done nothing wrong at all. He showed huge composure by just leaving and not getting into a fight.
I'd rather the headline "Teague king-hit" than "CARLTON PLAYER IN LATE NIGHT BRAWL"

Good point but have a look at Robertson's first goal where Teague didn't pick him up OR the midfielder who passed it to Robertson resulting in a simple goal. ADL did the same on Holland in the first quarter as well.

Agreed but he really can't win - stand by for the "Teague is a coward" stories.

Well done to Teague for walking away and not fighting this cretin. That shows a real maturity.
BUT I have said before and I stand behind it, AFL players , actually Carlton players cos I dont give a shit for the rest shouldnt be out at nightclubs at these hours. Cos even if you dont look for trouble it will come and find you as in this instance.

Stay after midnight or 1am in King St, Crown clubs etc and you are asking for it.

Why the @#$%&! would you want to hang out there anyway?

There are that many excellent places to drink, flirt, sleaze, pick-up, sing, shout, recite poetry or twiddle your thumbs in Melbourne and footballers continue to believe that "entertainment" starts and finishes with Kerry Packer's toilet.

Sad indictment on AFL culture... :?

Beautifully put GWS - would make a good signature.
