Sounds like Bryan is dominating. I watched him last week and didn't think he would be able to match Joll/Ball/Goodes in the ruck but he is probably beating them. I look forward to watching the replay.

Lappin started to get into the play later in that quarter.

the thing about ruckmen is...they dont necessarily have to be 'good enough' to play AFL...they just need to beat their opponent in a jumping contest....
Bryan's long penetrating kick and contesting marking has just been a bonus for us in this game...

The disgraceful display of delivery into the forward line suggests to me that we are tanking this game. It is beyond a joke.

We are flooding back so much that its 4 swans to 1 in our forward line. The amount of times the swans run the ball out of our forward is a joke.

Byran playing a good game first up, was very stiff to get pinged for going over the line on the kick out.

Umpires killing us with their poor free kicks to the swans for to high, they keep dropping there f@cking heads.

Stevens looks like he is out of it, just seems out of it.

Kouta hurt his wrist, I don't think it was from skiing though  Kouta 3 poss to jude bolton 18 poss..

Leo Barry giving Fev a football lesson, Barry is rebounding and rebounding out of our f50.

T-bird on Hall, he is killing us. hope he gets tried by the end of the game.

Better qrt but far far away from getting close to the swans.

The players wouldnt tank - they're playing for their jobs. They'll be out of a job if they deliberately kick it poorly.

Yeah I know they wouldn't but it's unbelievably bad...the ball is rebounding out of the forward so easily it's embarrassing.

I gotta stop being so negative now so the positives for me at this stage are:
Carrazzo...his poise, decision making and skill are improving every week.
Chris Bryan...even though he has a lot to learn still he has a future for next year at least IMO

Spot on Deano, about 5-6 frees like that, Whitnall should have got a free kick in front of goal for holding the ball, but no it was too high..

The slo mo replay showed he was inside the line so umpire Schmidt simply fu*ked up and should be dropped next week.

Kouta injured?

Sounds like he went into the game carrying an injury.Swans were expecting him to be a late withdrawl.
