For some twisted reason I am so looking forward to seeing Jonathan Brown go into the midfield during the game at some stage. Please Leigh Matthews let it happen for least a qrt...

I really interested to see how our midfield blokes approach the task.

Will they be to scared to try and tackle him or scared to go in for the ball when Brown is behind them.... Its going to show me at least who has balls and willing to put their body on the line and who are the whimps in our side...

I reckon if pup was still around he would be creaming in his pants at the opportunity to line up on J.Brown in the midfield....

Me, I'd put Prendergast on him and tell him to get in his way wherever possible. Run JB all over the shop. Got nothing to lose. He'll cream whoever we go with.

Prenda or Teague. Teague will never match him in the forward line, but you have to have someone to go with him wherever he goes.

The bigger they are the harder they fall. Our players should relish the opportunity to mix it with one of the bigger guys in the league. I used to love nothing more than sitting the opposition ruckman on his arse with a fair bump, it's a shame some of our players are too timid.

Gees we miss his guts - was a bugger we had to let him go.

Who'll be our next junk yard dog?

Houlihan that squib deserves to be shook up and hear footsteps every time he goes for the ball.

I would rather he plays midfield...playing forward he will outmark all our players and kick goals..at least in the midfield he gives our backman a break. I would use Prenda to tag him for the entire game and let Thornton take Bradshaw...Teague has to play on Notting/Sherman/McGarth etc....not talls like Brown...

Brisbane have other good players lets not just focus on Brown...

Prenda should get the job on a big bodied tall every game, just so he can learn to play football.

I don’t care who plays on him as long as whoever it is whispers over and over that we will offer him a million dollars, the captaincy and 100 virgins if he comes to Carlton.

Elwood is right – if on the off chance Brown has a bad one look at all the other great players Brisbane has. Could be a very long night.

If he plays in the midfield id like to see either Prender or Waite on him and if he's in the forward line you would think Thornton would get the job...Now, some of you may say that Waite should be up forward but he is agile enough to play in the midfield, mobile enough to follow Brown and good enough to win his fair share of the footy at the same time...

I say we leave Bret Thornton on him. From memory Bret played in the midfield during a inter-club match at the start of the season and did a pretty good job.

Brown's girlfriend is very, very, very gorgeous. She was at this charity event dressed as Catwoman. Miiaaooowww!!! He doesn't need 100 virgins.
