They should put details about PP qualifications on membership cards to keep everyone informed.

What happens if we win 4 games, and Hawthorn stay on 3 wins.

They get first pick in the draft and PSD.

We play each other some where down the track. We could really sort out the situation then. If we lose we are 6 points behind them and pick #1 is ours.

Melbourne should councide this with their 2 yearly slide down the ladder.

How they were in the finals one year, picking up Sylvia and McLean the next, then contending again the next year is disgraceful.

Good on them. There are many other teams that I wouldn't want to have Sylvia and McLean at the moment. In fact, we could have picked up one of them if we wanted to. :?

I think most Blues fans have jumped the gun in awarding the Blues the spoon. The battle for Hurn and Clarke will be won by Carlton and the Hawks just don't have enough goalkickers to outpoint Lance,Waite, Fev, Betts and possibly Fisher.

Given the Hawks tough draw and Carlton having winnable games against the Dockers(MCG) and Essendon* the PP isn't home and hosed. We have the ability to give the forwards enough chances and the Hawks will become the likely wooden spoon recipient over the next month.

Do we still clap when carlton score a goal?

The proud Carlton Football CLub should do all it can to not win the wooden spoon.

This club should do anything it can to WIN a premiership. Including the short term need to swallow some pride.

We only clap if we score goals if were getting hammered...
If its close i put my hands under my underarms and hiss if we kick a goal..

'The CFC might not win the wooden spoon but it would be a decade before its a chance to pick itself up with a crap list...

The only way you improve a crap list FAST.. is finish low...

In the mean time you concentrate on developing kids... and pissing off the rubbish overpaid fat cats..
Then the kids will be hungry to win when they find likeminded players around them instead of pigs with their snouts in the troft interested only in self preservation.
I feel for kids like Walker not getting the guidance from the elder statesmen Campo did when he came...I agree with Chucky... this club should not worry about being an also ran ....Its about premierships!!!

You wouldn't want to do that though because you will create a losers culture around the club.

I suppose winning less than 25% of our games since 2002 is better than creating a losing culture about the club isn't it.

We currently have a losing culture with a shit list.... lets not jeapordise that by having a good list.....

See i dont understand people who say lets not lose!!

Are they expecting us to win???

What we do have control over is how many losses we have.. do we have heaps opf losses and get benefits.. or have heaps of losses and not get benefits...

Hmmmmmmmmmm... hard to answer that one...

I'm with synbad.... The other benefit of not winning more than two more games is that we get a total of 4 and a half wins..

At the end of the year the priority pick will be amended to poor performances over two years, so we will be in the box seat for another great pick comes seasons end next year as we will unlikely make a huge jump up, with Kouta another year older and campo....

That line worries me a bit

I keep saying this but no-one listens....get out and win bloody games! Get 10 goals in front! Great for confidence, team spirit, members etc....
....
....
...
...
...and at the 29 minute mark of the last quarter ...run a 19th man onto the ground....and Kouta asks for the head count
