I don't think we are tanking. It's just our list is just no damn good. If we were tanking we would be giveing Russell, S.O'hAilpin, Blackwell, etc 100 mins of game time in the seniors.
The players in the seniors are all playing for their career. You can't tell me guys like Johnosn, Bowyer, Clarke, Walker, Simpson, Betts, etc would play bad purposely.
Maybe Denis is tanking by playing weird matchups and not changing his game plan but who knows?
I hope we are tanking cos if we're not then...

You've missed the point.
Like i said in my original post- "But yeah, i never really go to the point about why i love the fact where tanking. It's because where doing it in a good way. Where playing our shit and working out which shit where gonna keep on our list in '06. Anything wrong with that? No way. We need to know who's gonna help take us to the future." That's why where not playing our young blokes. Where seeing which shit (Bowyer, Clarke etc.) we will persist with and who where gonna get rid of.
I'd say Pagan will know this by about round 16 and that's when we will start seeing blokes like Russell in the seniors.
And regarding the "our list is no good" statement. What i was trying to say in my original post is that it actually isn't as bad as it seems, it's just that where playing blokes who's careers are on the line, not the young blokes.
People are saying Collingwood have a good list. But there playing all there young blokes, there not playing people like Lokan who's career is hanging in the balance. What if Hartlett was our Travis Cloke? We don't know, because he's not in the seniors. What if Russell was our Chris Egan? Well we don't know because where not playing them.
I can gurantee you that Russell will be as good as Egan, but we haven't seen him yet which is why we shouldn't buy into the 'we have the worst list in the league' argument. Noone knows because where not playing our young blokes.
BUT... that's a good thing

Now we won't die wondering if Bowyer or Davies could've made it and if they would've been our missing link.
