Hey Mr Caz what position does Raso play and where do you think he will be best suited in the future?

Thanks.

Young Anthony is going very, very well. Watched him the other week in a school game and he took mark of the day (standing on a kids head, whilst the kid was upright ) and kicked goal of the day (from 40 right on the boundary on the run).

Great kicking off his non preferred and very clean hands.

Rumour has it several other seasoned watchers have been very impressed with his development.

As I said in another post elsewhere, he could be an inspired pick considering what is available this year.

Who will be this years AR. Make your choices now for the Darkest Horse running around

Come on all you budding recruiters...........who gob off about drafting.........without ever having seen a TAC game.........pick a lad who is eligible in 2005 but won't get picked up in this years draft but will go to top 35 in the 2006 draft.

You fail......go to the back of the class, do not pass go.

Zippy he plays HBF and CHB. Hard to get past. I'm guessing at CFC he will play HBF or HFF ala Fisher.

Well apart from the obvious 'Selwood' i'm gonna say Travis Boak from GF has been entertaining in an otherwise DULL year in the TAC!!!!!

Ryan the two you mention are too young to draft his year and will be walkups next year.

Your quest is to pick a lad who is eligible in 2005 (ie. very bottom age.... say... born between feb 88 and april 30th 88) but won't get picked up in this years draft but might go to top 35 in the 2006 draft as a top age kid. (Just as AR was 2004/05)

Regards Cazzesman

Ahhhhh - i see! Ummm, at this point it's probably a bit hard to tell really. From my point of view there has been less than a dozen absolute standouts in the TAC this year and after that......well you could just throw them up in the air and pick the ones who land first.

Those types usually start to come out of the woodwork around this time so i'll keep my eyes open!

I really don't agree that there aren't any standouts...I've been to a few TAC games this year, and for mine young Selwood and Drum are really classy and will play AFL next year. I just think we're expecting a Hodge, Ball and Judd year every year.

Matt Spangher from Eastern Rangers. I hear you blokes were tossing up between him and Raso for the last pick last year. He was also bottom age like Raso last year. Unliklely to last beyond pick 30 this year. Is in the Vic Metro squad. 193cm and still growing.

I reckon we should overlook Joel Selwood this year and draft the youngest Selwood, Harpo

Since we are down and out for a couple of years, why can't we petition the AFL to allow us to pick Selwood this year. Would just make it easier for all the recruiters out there, and take a lot of pressure of the kid. Chances are that he will go early next year having us in the box seat to grab him...

I hope not ...
