i dont think that it is Walker who is not happy il put my money on T-bird walking out on the club. He is a waste of talent at fullback, allthough he tries he seems to give his team mates a mouthfull everytime his opponent takes a mark against him he looks frustrated at times and i have been to training a few times twice i have seen him and Fev have a tussel that didnt look to friendly.

He looks frustrated becuase he hates losing.

T-Bird is CHB and has been playing that this year. Not sure why you would think he doesnt like it.

As much as I believe there is no substance to these rumours, Andrew really has little scope to move anyway unless Carlton receives a fantastically generous trade. If he walks, he comes back to us in the PSD. Therefore, a trade needs to occur. There have been repeated calls that he wants to head to the dees to be with mates McLean and Sylvia.

Andrew is a no.2 pick, still only 18 and has enormous potential. I would think that a trade with Rivers would suffice. Or Bruce and a 1st round pick (will probably be in the mid teens). Other combinations are welcome.

So, if it is Andrew we are talking about, he may be pissed off, unhappy, frustrated, whatever, but the reality is he doesn't call the shots and Carlton would need to receive the trade of the century to make this happen because no.2 picks who are only 2 years into their careers do not get traded away that often. So my advise is to grit your teeth and put your head down and make the best of it. Things can turn around quicker than you think.

Last time I was told to turn up at Tyrants place with beer and tissues it certainly wasn't for a wake

If Walker stays, party at Tyrant's.

Bring hand lotion and tissues.

I think its Thornton as well. T-Bird was a Melbourne support before joining Carlton and also a forward i believe. Maybe he wants Fatboy Slims position at CHF?

When we were at the Swans game, we were sitting in front of a Carlton employee, off duty. He kept saying that Walker wants to buy a house in Melbourne and can't because he doesn't know if he is going to be signed.

Also, Thornton supported Essendon* as a kid and did a pre-season with Melbourne before being rookied to Carlton.

Just on this one, I know my contacts aren't running the players salaries but I've been told in a disarming voice 'not to worry about Waite and Walker'.

I can understand why he might be frustrated, but lets let the club sort it out. It's incomprehensible that the 2 won't be looked after.

Andrew Walker has been playing very well and will be one of our core players..I cant see why he would be unhappy and wouldnt want to continue his career with us....200 +game player and most of them will be good ones.
Abaddon...you didnt see his game on Akermanis?......

Assuming for a moment that Walker wants out ...

He can't leave Carlton if you finish last and have 1st pick in the PSD.

If you finish 15th and say Hawthorn finish last and he is prepared to go there in the PSD then you will have trade auction on your hands and will have to take the best deal you are offered from a club he is prepared to go to.

Reminiscent of Nick Stevens:
- He wanted to go to Collingwood but they would not satisfy Port
- MFC offered pick 5 which Port would take but Stevens wouldn't go there
- Fell thru to the Carlton in the PSD

It is an unlikely move old55. If the dees were his club of choice, would they be as keen as Andrew to make the trade succeed? How important is it to you to have a player like Andrew given that you already have a fantastic list and are a geniune flag contender? How much would you have to give up to get him?

All massive obstacles given that I believe we will definitely finish last and therefore get 1st pick in the PSD

If any player wants to leave they can go. Who wants to have a player who doesn't want to be there?

i Doubt its walks who is having the issue as i recently heard him in a interview with the O'halphin brothers and he seemed pretty happy in what he has been doing ...but you can never tell what someone is really thinking i guess

You can only speculate but maybe it is Teague or T-Bird but i dont get bad vibes from Walker for wanting out of the club
