Thanks for the Great News DOA. I love the news that he loves the club despite us being at our lowest ebb. Quality. He has come from good stock obviously!!!

Indeed.
This really is great news.
I have no doubt that Waitey and T-Bird will sign over the next 2-3 weeks.

Thank you for showing your loyalty to the club, Andrew, and not even considering talking to other clubs.

DOA

Congrats to your family and of course AW.

Many moons ago I suggested you would have to have a thick skin if you were going to venture onto any Carlton footy sites when AW struggled from time to time. They're bleedin' tough arena's for parents to visit. :?

Lucky your skin is tougher than most.

Well done for hanging tough when you had every right to come on TC and give a few posters their right and proper wack. Hopefully your post will sharpen a few up and stop them hiding behind their keyboard sprouting half truths and innuendo.

All the best.

Regards Cazzesman

DOA- just want to let you know you have a great kid, someone I met when he first came down to Carlton.
Top bloke- I wish you and your son all the very best for a loing and successful career at this footy club. If the start of his career is anythign to go by, we are going to be blessed to watch him don the navy blue every week.

Great news.

Equal in value to any signing we make this year.

Also, just so you know im sure 99% of people on TC do like Andrew and can't wait to see him continue to blossom at our club :D

PJ, I think T-Bird signed end of last year, so he has another year to go on his contract.

That's good then.

Only have to worry about Waitey now.

Did not,and will not, negotiate with any other club-only Carlton.
Loves the Club-wants to be a one club player.
There,be happy with that(or dissapointed if you don't like him).
But accept the above direct from the sires mouth.

I'm pretty sure that there isn't a blues supporter out there who doesn't like Andrew, DOA.

I think that some people (myself included) are quick to judge and find excuses when we are consistently getting pounded week-in week-out.

It really is great to have 1AW on our list - one of the few young kids who has so much potential. And it is fantastic that he loves the club as much as we do.

Let him know that he has many fans.

hear hear. Andrew is one of the reasons I'm content to lose a few more games. I want more AWs.

Oh and make sure he burns those old collingwood jumpers.

DOA

Thank you for your post - taken as genuine by this tragic who shed tears of joy the day your boy debuted for this great Club.

Stick with us 1AW - you won't regret it.

And please stay in touch, DOA - we'd love to hear more from you.

i withdraw my previous misunderstanding of the meaning of DOA...being "dead on arrival" and "Debbie, Optus Ape".....
