Jesus Christ what? Please explain your frustration regarding my post rather than just inserting a few rolling eyes?

i can do that too..............   see!!!

When DeLuca went down, it took at least two weeks for any of the papers to give a time frame on how long he would be out! And when they did, it was approx 6 weeks. I've checked a few reports since and most are still saying DeLuca is 4 - 6 weeks.
So in saying that, have we not failed to Promote a Rookie (one that deserves a spot more than Prenda?) or have missed something, or is this an in-joke / discussion that i wasn't present for orhave i misunderstood the rules???????? What's the problem?

It hurts me to say it but i am actually envious of Collingwood this season with their choice to play the youth and not to reward medioricty (ie-droping a browlow medalist). isn't that what we should be doing??????

Most say Prenda is still in the side due to French being out and we need the height! Fisher is taller than Prenda! Waite's got 2cm on him! Prenda has won 35 hit-outs for the year and considering he has addopted the 2nd ruckman title since French went down over a month ago now...............35 hit-outs is poor! Whitnall has had more!

Given the team selection and going for talls, I would have thought that Simmo would be on the ground for the entire match. Would that be the first time that has happened?

Last week played 125 minutes of a possible 125 minutes.

Had 18 disposals which was 24.3% of his 13 game career.

Also had an equal career high 18 disposals, 12 kicks and 8 marks.

I just want to know why you totally ignored my post. As you said, NO REPORT at ANY POINT EVER said 8+ weeks. It HAS to say that otherwise we can't declare him LTI. Denis would LOVE to be playing Carlos but he CAN'T. It is not JUST our call an AFL doctor has to agree with the diagnosis. You've missed something huge indeed

Pagan said in an interview that when the moon boot comes off ADL's foot they can see if it is healing or not. If it is not then he will need an operation and then he would be placed in the LT injured list and someone can be put onto the list.

I personally don't see the logic in what Pagan has said?

Deluca will not be fit enough to play again this year anyway, let alone have the form to warrant a game. He should of been told, we are keeping you on the list next year, just rest up and recover, thus allowing the promotion of Jesse Smith for the rest of the year. Win/win for everyone involved.

NO! I didn't ignore your post! I realise that we may only promote a rookie when someone is placed on the LTI meening 8 weeks +. I ain't stupid so quit talking down to me like i am when all i'm trying to do is have a discussion!
No report at any time has said 8 Weeks +..............mind you it took them 3 weeks to say that he'll be out for approx 6 weeks! IN FACT......it's been 6 weeks since he did the injury an reports are still saying 6 weeks. Forgive my frustration! But that's a crock!
Ahhhh, forget it. Next time, instead of speaking my thoughts i'll just whack a few of these things in...............    . Seems that's the way to get your point accross these days?

Feel free, I'm telling you how the situation is and you're going into hysterics "carlton have failed" etc etc. Sometimes a player will end up being 8+ weeks but they have to have been diagnosed that at some point, and if they take the boot off and he needs surgery they'll put him on the LTI. Until then it's not our fault or choice

Well, not so much bursting into histerics but me thinks that this is not the last time we will be discussing this!
We had an opportunity to promote a rookie earlier on in the season but we waited till Round 7 to do so! And even then, we only gave them 15min!

Now, well Adrian DeLuca has had a 'moon boot' on for a few weeks and i'm scratching my head to remember the last time a player had one of them on without being out for less than 8 weeks. ??????????

Either way, i'm sure Dennis knows what he's doing.

But back to my original point..........................Thank god we left Prenda in the side........

5 Possesions, 2 hit-outs, 0goals, 0behinds.

Just think of how bad the score would have been had he not been in?
Oh well, at least he beat his average for the year!
