I agree, I also think he is far better moving into the square than starting there.

I disagree Danny - in my opinion, Kouta shouldn't ever be allowed to play in defence, he doesn't have the agility nor the mobility. Playing him on Hansen on the weekend was the wrong move and I thought from the beginning we had to go with Thornton on him. Kouta has also started several other games this season from memory at CHB and hasn't lasted too long there before being moved.

If we're going to use Kouta to get the most out of him he has to play in the middle winning the ball for mine. I take your point about having Kouta with Campo and Stevens in the midfield but I just don't think Kouta has what it takes at his age to play in defence. He looks slow and lumbering. Maybe we could try Kouta up forward, out of the goalsquare where he can just use his strength?
