Can we get Mal Michael, i also heard that he wanted to come back to Victoria with his wife. Last year we had a crack at him but we did have enough or something to give him well this year we can give them something decent, we should go hard for him this year, can we get him, is it realistic and has anyone heard anything and what would we have to give for him, Imagine this in the backline Mal Michael at Full Back on the main forward, T-Bird at CHB letting him run and livo on the third forward, Come On Blues

Mal is a gun player. Very tough and professional. The number of poor games he has had since going to Brisbane you could count on 1 hand.
He is also 28. Maybe got 5 years left. Maybe not that long.
The problem is not going to be paying the bloke if he wants a big contract towards the end of his career. The problem is what do Brisbane want? Draft picks?

Is he contracted or a PSD target? If he's uncontracted we can get him for a discount.

Problem is we can't use our first 2 rounds and 3rd round probably wont be enough and might be needed for Tomi Johnson

I think Mal is contracted. We had a go last year but I think he re-signed from memory after the trade period when we wouldn't let him go. Unless he signed for just one year.....

we had a go at him last year when he was in contract but now he is out of contract so we can get him. He is out of contract at the end of this year
