I haven't seen a TV replay, what's "THAT" incident?

Houla declined the opportunity to put his body in front of Franklin who was diving for a mark. It looked pretty bad on the numerous replays.

If my Dad would have let me watch the match, I would have seen that. Now I'm upset to not have seen that.

I was sitting right on the pocket where it happened.

Piss poor effort from Hoops.

Whoever called it early and was raving about his Bullants for over the last few years....I bow down to you. Might have been PJ from memory, then again PJ is a huge fan of out young talent that he's bound to get a couple right :D

Fischer was great
Whitnall

Look I think we battled hard today and were good at times and I thought were unlucky at times. Apart from one player I think everyone showed some positive's....Simpson was the guy Iwas rapt with though.

Sami if i could burn the memory from my brain and transplant it to yours I would....but I can't and it was the straw that broke the camel's back for mine in relation to that softcock

Yeah me too Brad.

Eddie Betts was lively. The positive for me is that it's the older brigade letting us down. The young guys are putting in. The future isn't as bleak as the present.

Thanks, but I still have faith in him. He played one bad game and this is what happens? What about Fev? The last few weeks he's played ordinary footy, a bit like Houls, and you don't go around critizing (sp?) him do you? What about the other players that didn't get a touch or what not, why not attack them?

/end my little rant.

To say he played a bad game is overstating it, until he didn't put his body on the line he'd played a decent game IMO.

What about his smother in the first half which lead to a Waite goal? That wasn't good, I think it was.

He didn't play that badly and thats not what we're criticising him for....he shirks, he won't put his body on the line. For people who actually wanted to win the game we were a chance until he shirked and let Franklin take the mark and then let Clarke streak away and kick a goal uncontested.

And its not the first time either, he does it all the time and he's got away with it because he has good skills.

Can we afford to get rid of a player with great skills? NO

Can we afford to carry a guy who refuses to commit his body to a contest? NO

Somethint has to give

Sounds like someone wants to put their body up as a prize!

Halleujah brother !!

He has been looking 'pretty bad' for years yet some people just refuse to accept the fact. Sounds like this was another irrefutable example of why I coined the phrase 'The Blouse' for him.

Get on the bandwagon now folks, you know you want to, The Sheik knows a softcock when he sees one, he's been telling you this for years. (Sheesh .... now I am sounding like Carlton God  )

That's the way Brad, tell it like it is. Here's another on the bandwagon, plenty more seats for others.

Sheik, I was Captain on the bandwagon circa 2002 even running through to 2004. In a team like ours you get blinded by his skills and try to accept what a soft @#$%&! he is...no more...trade him, delist him, draw a line, if you aren't prepared to put ur body on the line piss off.

That may not be the case.

2002, is that all ?? Geez, you're a veritable 'Johnny-Come-Lately'. You should have been on it with us old timers back in 2000.

I like the fact that you have highlighted that people do seem to get blinded by his skills but time and time again he has squibbed it. And we cannot carry squibs, no team can really.
