Klomp, Bortolotto & Bosustow are dual premiership players and not on the list, in particular for Bosustow it's almost unjustifiable he is not included on the list.

Parkin said that Bosustow took the defensive aspect of Forward Play up to another level...

People remember Buz for his freakish acts on the ground and marks etc, but he harassed, chased, tackled, blocked etc...

fantastic player

And when you have the dominator on the other side of Maclure, you have a dynamic ferocious half forward line, packed with skill

Might have overloaded on 95 premiership players. Only Clape, Pearce and Whitehead missed.

No Bortolloto?

And no Klomp? Surely Klomp deserves a mention - he won a TV in a night game, with 3 possessions

My list is by no means exhasutive...
Yes, I'd include Bortolloto and Hamill. And Kourkoumelis. Maybe De Ilulio. And Betts. Not sure about Klomp - I used to like him but have no idea whether or not he was really any good.

I felt his presence on the list just the same though.

....but Klomp won a TV set for being BOG in a night game, with 3 possession

surely that has to be worth something

Ludicrous scenario when Buzz misses out were we finding it hard to find 150 players? Guys like Wiggo and Beaumont have no place in amongst the top 150

No WIGGINS! in there, but have to agree.

Was never a Matthew Allan fan either. Great 1999, but not much else.

Wow, only one player good enough from the first 33 years of the club's history to be in the top 150.
What about Conway, Donovan, Guy, O'Brien, Gardiner, Robertson, Baker, Leydin, Strickland, all captains, to name a few.
Now that's the same as having only one player included between 1981 -2014.
Of course, it's April Fools Day up at Princes Park.

Stocking way too far in favour of recent players, blokes in our first 33 years won 5 flags.

Buzz should be in ... nuff said. Change one word of the criteria and he's in ... minimum of 50 games OR five years service.

I'm not sold on minimum service criteria, tends to favour the average over the spectacular. Take Noel O'Brien and Greg Kennedy for instance. O'Brien kicked 118 goals in 31 games (average 3.8 per game) in a season and a half then retired due to injury and Kennedy kicked 79 goals in his debut season (including 12 against Hawthorn) and iinjured his back yet we're selecting Thornton???! It's a "best 150" list not "most consistent 150" or "longest surviving 150" list.

Michael Jamieson should definitely be in, much better than anything Thornton served up and has Manton covered as well as a key defender. Buzz and Ditchburn were leading goalkickers in premiership years ... surely that's enough to get both in. I remember Peter McConville, Phil Maylin, Mark Naley and Fraser Murphy all as good performers in finals. Peter Francis is a premiership player and certainly not his fault we traded him out midway through the 1981 season.

Massive queries over Allan, Beaumont, Dorotich, Hogg, Kreuzer, Manton and Thornton from the players I've seen.

Same applies to Brad Pearce for me.

How about these:

Ernie Walton (captain for 2 years and Victoria representative)
Mick Grace (Coleman medal winner, 2 x premierships)

You've just made the enemies list.
