Actually feel bad for him now. The players have totally checked out after one single really bad season.

I actually don't think the players have checked out. I think they are not that clever and have very poor skills and decision making ability.
We have recruited dumb football players with poor skills.
They bust their arse but are not that good.

It could be that we are playing to much youth and don't have enough 4,5,and 6 year players on the list and the ones we do have are out

I don't rate Voss/assistants that highly but I think a lot of those points are correct.
