It is purely for his own purposes not Carlton's health - a fifteen team competition looks bad on his Curriculum Vitae.

And lets not get started about the AFL telling us not to build the Legends Stand.

There was no Dockland Stadium in site when Carlton started building the Legends Stand - which was originally planned at increasing the seated capacity of Princes Park to 45,000.

A three stadium town MCG, Waverley (with St. Kilda and Hawthorn sharing out there) and Princes Park was a perfectly good business model.

Graeme Samuel through his contacts on the State Government and the City Council wrecked the original vision of the project to ensure his pet project at Docklands wouldn't fail.

When you mention Demetriou,Agro sorta loses it dont he.An obsessive compulsive disorder for sure.Rational thought go's out the window and he loses it completely............BUT...........On this occasion Agro,i reckon you are spot on.He's only thinking of himself and couldnt give two hoots about us.It's just that he needs us strong to ward off the threat of all the other footy codes, particularly soccer.
